These are positioned on the last:[\/vc_column_text]<div class=\"standard-number-list bullet-top\"><ol>\n<li>Cut <strong>Lunasoft SL <\/strong>to bladder size, fix it and heat it up with the top heat of the deep-drawing press. If the material sags slightly, it should be optimally warmed. <strong>Heating time: approx. 2-4 minutes<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Place<\/strong> the last on\u00a0<strong>wooden sticks <\/strong>(for it to be a bit higher) and\u00a0<strong>pull the Lunasoft SL<\/strong> bladder evenly over the last. Form with your hands to prevent wrinkles, especially in the heel area.<\/li>\n<li>Let it cool completely so that the material stays in shape.<strong><br \/>\nCooling time: approx. 6-8 minutes<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Remove the moulded shoe and cut it out with an extra of 2-3 cm.<\/li>\n<li><strong>For optimal, wrinkle-free adhesive wrapping, <\/strong>cut small triangles from the excess material in the forefoot and heel area<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coat<\/strong>\u00a0the outer edge of the midsole and\u00a0<strong>Lunasoft SL<\/strong> with adhesive and let it <strong>dry<\/strong>\u00a0and then glue it on carefully.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cut out Lunasoft SL for the filling, <\/strong>coat\u00a0with adhesive, allow to\u00a0dry\u00a0and glue to the\u00a0midsole, then grind smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Use a paper template to mark and roughen the areas for the front and rear caps.<\/li>\n<li>Coat with adhesive and allow to dry the front and rear cap areas as well as the cut and cleanly ground <strong>cap parts made of Astro 110 Geo<\/strong> <strong>profile<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Brief activation and\u00a0<strong>glue front and back cap<\/strong> to the shoe.<\/li>\n<li>Grinding of the newly glued areas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Then the individual\u00a0<strong>build up of the shoe base <\/strong>takes place, at the end a sole <strong>made of Astro 110 Geo profile <\/strong>is applied. The shaft is cut open at the top, a hole is punched at the lower end of the entry with a round punch.
