The nora® product range offers materials made of EVA and rubber. The results are mostly sheets of closed-cell EVA foam (single layer or vulcanized composite sheets), compact and expanded rubber.

The nora® range is 100% vegan and latex-free. The materials are available in light natural hues, classic dark colours and modern shades and designs.
Lunatec fusion is the latest innovation in the area of expanded EVA foams which ensure a reliable, permanent bond without the additional use of adhesive. These unique new materials bond directly with each other through thermoplastic moulding solely as a result of heat, time and pressure and fuse to create a permanent bond. The materials bond directly, without any glue or adhesive lamination.

The certified high quality producs are characterised by their excellent processing capabilities. Above all this shows especially in regards to grinding and bonding properties as well as their outstanding thermoformability. The high quality milling materials are ideal for milling.

EVA AND EXPANDED RUBBER SHEETS
nora® EVA expanded foam sheets are used as resilient cushioning materials and lift sheets above all for foot beddings of orthopaedic shoes. All sheets come in a range of thicknesses, sizes, and colours. Thanks to their closed-cell structure, they are hygienically washable.
The functions assumed by each of the materials depend on their specific composition, density, and hardness. In addition to thermoformable materials, we also offer single- or multi-layer CAD/CAM milling sheets. In addition, certain materials feature special properties. For instance, fast or slow recovery, shock absorption, or shear force absorption.
SOLING MATERIALS
The nora® premium rubber products are characterised by their excellent working properties. For instance, they offer high abrasion resistance and durability.
The harmonised colour range offers the ideal combination potential of soling sheets, wedge strips, and die-cut pieces. Moreover it provides the optimal basis for quality repairs and orthopaedic shoemaking. Modern profiles, bright colours, and particularly lightweight soling sheets complement the range and are especially suitable for the modern repair of children’s shoes or sporty sneakers.

Lunatec fusion is a global innovation in expanded EVA materials which ensure a reliable, permanent bond without the additional use of adhesive. This allows fast, clean, environmentally friendly and healthy work at the highest level of quality that‘s made in Germany.
With Lunatec fusion, orthopaedic insoles and foot beddings can be made entirely without adhesive. These unique new materials bond directly with each other through thermoplastic moulding solely as a result of heat, time and pressure and fuse to create a permanent bond. The vegan and skin-friendly materials bond directly, without any glue or adhesive lamination.
The principle of „fusing” on the basis of EVA is well known in the industry and in the world of hand-crafting, and also from hotmelt adhesives. The EVA polymer provides stability here and ensures optimum bonding. Lunatec fusion works in a similar way: The warmed EVA materials bond directly together permanently during the cooling phase, without adhesive and without any intermediate layer.
